Goldmine’s Anti-Block Masterbatch creates microscopic spacing between adjacent film layers, preventing sticking and ensuring clean roll release in blown and cast film operations.
During film extrusion, freshly extruded layers often cling together due to surface tackiness, resulting in blocking, roll defects and unstable converting. Anti-Block Masterbatch solves this by introducing controlled, ultra-fine particles that create micro-roughness on the film surface — just enough to allow smooth separation, without compromising clarity.
Goldmine’s formulation is engineered for balanced haze, excellent film optics, and consistent performance across mono and multilayer PE films. The result: cleaner unwinding, reduced stoppages, and better output quality.
