Anti-Moisture (Desiccant) Masterbatch
Anti-Moisture Masterbatch contains high-activity desiccant compounds that chemically bind with moisture present in polymers, fillers, reprocessed scrap, powder-based blends or inadequately dried resin.
It is essential for recycled polymer processing, high-moisture LDPE/LLDPE/HDPE, PP regrind + talc/CaCO₃ mixtures, films suffering from pinholes or bubbles, moulded parts with silver streaks, By neutralising water content before and during melt processing, it ensures no moisture bubbles, no die splatter, no flow instability, improved mechanical properties, smoother, stronger finished products
The result: stable extrusion, improved part quality and reduced rejection rates.
