Polymers subjected to long processing cycles, high temperatures, shear stress, or multiple melt passes gradually oxidize — resulting in discoloration, brittleness, gel formation and loss of strength.
Anti-Oxidant Masterbatch is engineered to prevent thermal and oxidative degradation during processing and end-use. The formulation combines primary and secondary antioxidants that neutralize free radicals, stabilize polymer chains, and maintain melt integrity under stress.
This masterbatch is especially effective for polymers exposed to multiple heating cycles — including recycled materials, high-speed extrusion lines, and extended residence-time processes.
The result: cleaner surfaces, stronger products, consistent color, and predictable performance.
