Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or relevant field (Polymer/Chemical Industry background preferred)
- 5+ years’ experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably in Polymers / Masterbatch / Plastic industry)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Financial awareness with ability to analyze client credibility and manage payment collection tactfully
- Willingness to travel across assigned region
- Proven ability to meet targets and grow markets
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in assigned region
- Identify, approach, and build long-term relationships with B2B customers in plastics manufacturing, raffia, non-woven, injection molding, packaging, etc.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to capture new opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent support and service
- Assess and monitor client reputation and creditworthiness through continuous market feedback
- Follow up on outstanding payments in a professional manner, ensuring punctual fund collection without disturbing client relationships
- Continuously track clients’ financial situations through market intelligence to minimize risk
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and client visits to strengthen brand presence
