Goldmine’s Slip Masterbatch reduces surface friction by blooming a controlled, uniform slip layer on PE films
Slip Masterbatch is engineered to improve film handling by lowering the surface friction of LDPE/LLDPE films.
Using high-purity slip additives, the masterbatch blooms evenly to the film surface, forming a lubricating micro-layer that ensures smooth movement through winders, printing machines, lamination lines, and form-fill-seal (FFS) packaging systems.
With options ranging from low-slip to high-slip grades, Goldmine’s formulation supports mono-layer, multi-layer, shrink, lamination and industrial films — delivering controlled COF and stable converting performance. This delivers predictable COF (Coefficient of Friction), smooth winding, and stable performance across printing, lamination, and high-speed packaging operations.
The result: smoother winding, fewer roll defects, less machine stoppage, cleaner printing and improved line efficiency.
